Barack Obama today is reversing the ban on government funded embryonic stem cell research, by signing an executive order okaying it. I particularly have no problem with this research or the "destruction of embryos" that accompanies it - BUT, I do have a problem forcing everyone to pay for it. Many find it morally objectionable, and I don't think they should be forced to pay for it with their tax dollars.
