I was just reading the Daily Kos when I came across this quote, from a poster identified as Bill...

"There's really nothing of substance Republicans can point to that has worked. Not in education, defense, security, energy, foreign policy, fiscal policy, infrastructure, health care, planet care, science...nuthin'."

What a load of fertilizer. It shows a total ignorance of the fact that we have not been attacked on our soil since 9-11, 52 months of uninterrupted economic growth, low inflation, pro-American governments coming to power in France and Germany, and the recent success of the Iraq surge. The science reference I don't get, unless they are referring to the stem cell research debate, in which case they are wrong again, as Bush held the line against them taking our tax dollars to promote the use of aborted fetuses in science.

The Daily Kos posters consistently bend anything to fit their idealogy with little objectivity, and this post is just another in a long line of posters believing what they want, in spite of the evidence otherwise.
